Obituary for John E. Blair, Sr.
John E. Blair, Sr., 57, of Peoria, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2019 at his residence.
Born February 20, 1962 in Chicago to Lenon and Creola (Williams) Blair, he met Kerebie Wade in Peoria in 1989.
Surviving are his children, William Wade of Dallas, Texas, Machello Wade, Keneta Woodard, Hughquetta Woodard, Rekenya Woodard, John E. Blair, Jr. and Hikeem Wade, all of Peoria; his siblings, Brandy Williams, Minnie Blair, and David Blair; and nineteen grandbabies. He also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and several loved ones including his cousin, Leandre Hanson, who was more like a brother to him.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Stanley Blair and Willie Blair.
Cremation rites will be accorded by Wright & Salmon Mortuary in Peoria. The family will celebrate his memory at a later date.
