Obituary for Tod A. Clarno
College Station, Texas- Tod A. Clarno, age 58, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2017, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and heartfelt memories shared with those he loved most.

Born in Peoria on May 10, 1958, Tod was a son to John C. “Jack” and Pamela Clarno. As a boy, Tod was happiest spending time outside and loved to play on the golf course near his home with his siblings and friends. Tod was a graduate of Bergan High School and went on to attend law school at Southern Illinois University. Tod would later receive his advance law degree from Washington University in St. Louis.

Tod worked as an international tax attorney and CPA for AT&T for 28 years, but his favorite roles were found in his life as a father and family man. Tod adored his wife Connie, whom he met on a blind date. After only 18 months of dating they were married on July 23, 2005 in San Antonio. Tod’s love for life’s small pleasures was as infectious as his great laugh. Tod collected classic cars and was a passionate drag racing spectator. He was a devoted St. Louis Cardinal fan, a Green Bay Packer Fan, a classic rock aficionado, a fly fisherman, a snowmobiler and an animal lover.

He is survived by his wife Connie; one daughter Natalie; 4 step-children; nine grandchildren; one brother Peter H. (Linda) Clarno; a sister-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, as well as, close friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister Janet A. Schefelbein.
