Obituary for Susan A. Brenenstall
Susan A. Brenenstall, 73 of Peoria, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center.
Born February 2, 1949 in Peoria to Donald E. and Lucille Dunne Rogy, she married Randy S. Brenenstall on July 15, 1978 in Peoria.
He survives, along with her children, Jim (Ann) Anderson of Blue Grass, IA, Kevin (Michelle Havens) Anderson of Pekin, Michelle (Mike) Adams of LeRoy, Jennifer Callahan of Bartonville and Thomas (Melanie) Brenenstall of Beecher; ten grandchildren also survive.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Donald “Gene” Rogy Jr., Richard “Dick” Rogy, and Thomas Rogy; three sisters, Mary Van Norman, Kathy Armato, and Julie Linne.
Susan worked as a cashier for the Circle K for many years.
She was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandma, who enjoyed her family and watching all of her grandchildrens’ sporting events.
Susan was an avid BINGO player, and a lifelong Cardinal fan.
A visitation will be on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, from 4 until 6 PM at Wright & Salmon Mortuary.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
Burial of cremains will be in Springdale Cemetery at a later date.
Memorials may be made to Illinois Cancer Center or The American Heart Association.
