Obituary for Sandra M. Traicoff
Dunlap- Sandra Marie Traicoff was born on August 31, 1944, to Ted and Ella Rustemeyer in O’Neill, Nebraska.
She married Chris Traicoff, the love of her life, on February 17, 1973. He preceded her in death on March 18, 1985.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters-in-laws Carol Wilson, Patricia Mosier, and her sister in spirit, Roberta Traicoff. She is survived by members of Chris’ family who became her family, including James and Denise Traicoff, Steven Mosier, Mike Wilson, Megan and William Ireland, Kristin and Chris Harriman, Brett and Laura Wilson, and Susan (Traicoff) and Bill Morton, as well as many wonderful friends.
Sandra earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas, a master’s degree in library science from the University of Illinois, and a law degree from DePaul University. She practiced law in Peoria for over thirty years prior to her retirement.
Cremation has been accorded.
There will be no formal service per Sandi’s wishes.
