PEORIA - Ruth Blough Call Cochran, 97, formerl;y of Peoria, died Monday, December 9, 2013, at Taylor Manor in Versailles, KY after a brief illness. She was born September 28, 1916, in Camp Grove, IL, to George and Catherine Blough. Ruth was proceeded in death in 1944 by her husband of two years, seaman James B.
