She is survived by her children Michael (Marie) Letizia, Erie, MI; Deborah (Gary) Janke, Brentwood, TN; Rebecca Farr, St. Francis, WI; Thomas (Monique) Letizia, Georgetown, TX; and Nicholas (Kim) Letizia, West Des Moines, IA.  She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by two sons, Daniel P. Pat’s favorite role was as a mom, grandma and great grandma.  She especially loved the big family barbeques and gatherings over the years.  She and Dan raised their family in Peoria with Pat a resident of Peoria for nearly 70 years and recently moved to Wisconsin to be closer to family.  She and Dan were founding members of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and long-time members of the Italian American Society.  She also was a past member of the Irish American Society and the Knights of Columbus Women’s Auxiliary.  Over the years, she loved to read, play tennis, golf, cook, travel and play cards.

Pat was a realtor for many years having worked for Jenn Realty Company and Traders Realty.  She so enjoyed helping others, especially first-time home buyers.

A funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at St. Vincent de Paul Church, with Fr. Stephen Willard officiating.  Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. with recitation of the rosary at 9:00 a.m.  Livestream of services will be at 10:30 AM, https://www.facebook.com/SVdPVikings. Entombment will be in the Resurrection Mausoleum. The family asks that all attendees wear masks at the services.
