Obituary for Mark R. Ruhaak
Mark R. Ruhaak, 65, passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2023 after a 3 year battle with cancer.
Mark was born in Peoria, IL on December 31, 1957 to George P. and Dorette P. (Hoffmann) Ruhaak. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Paul and Patrick.
Mark is survived by his wife, Theresa (Ditch) , daughters, Katelyn (Paul) Westmark and Sarah (Aaron) Mason, along with two granddaughters, Claire and Madeline Westmark, all of Dunlap, IL., as well as sister, Paula Chatwood of Carson City, NV and brother Mike (Lisa Williamson) Ruhaak of Edwards, IL.
Cremation Rites have been accorded and per Mark's request, there will be no service. Celebration of Life and burial of ashes will be at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, Mark requested contributions to offset educational expenses for Mark’s present and future grandchildren. Please make checks to Theresa Ruhaak.
