Judy was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially during the holidays, getting to spend her last Thanksgiving surrounded by her whole family.

Judy helped start the first LaGondola in Creve Coeur with Bob Weaver and Dick (Patty) LaHood in 1982. She worked at many of LaHood's other businesses over the years. She also worked at her brother Donnie's pizza place “Papa Don's”.
