Peoria- Heath Cobb, age 40, of Peoria, passed away unexpectedly at 8:02 PM on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Good Samaritan Hospital.
Born January 6, 1983 in Macomb, the son to Gary and Becky (Howell) Cobb. Heath was raised in Macomb before moving to Peoria where he graduated from Dunlap High School with the class of 2002. During his early years Heath enjoyed playing bass guitar in both high school and college bands until he met Tiffany Arbogast who would soon become the love of his life. On September 12, 2009 they were married in Peoria and would go on to make their home in Hanna City until recently moving to Lombard. Heath maintained a childlike innocence, having a big kid heart and a constant smile on his face. He was a dedicated worker who strived to be the best of himself on and off the Job. Having a very large and close-knit set of friends, Heath embodied what it meant to truly never know or meet a stranger. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinal Baseball fan who enjoyed playing and hanging with his nieces and nephews anytime he got the opportunity. Heath will always be remembered for leaving a legacy as the nicest, sweetest, lovable, and kindhearted man. He was dearly loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his mother Becky Cobb of Peoria; wife Tiffany Cobb of Brimfield; one sister Kassy (Seth) Killey of Peoria; four nephews: Liam Killey, Alexander, Nathaniel, and Rylan Arbogast; one niece Sydney Arbogast; in laws Craig (Mischele) Arbogast of Brimfield; two brothers in laws: Andy Arbogast of Elmwood and Lee (Rachel) Arbogast of Orlando, FL; as well as his paternal grandfather Delwin Cobb of Texas.
Heath was preceded in death by his father Gary Cobb; maternal grandparents Clayton (Verna) Howell and paternal grandmother Donna Cobb.
