Carmen loved and excelled at all sports. At university, she was a member of the Canadian National Field Hockey Team and participated in many tournaments including the World Cup Field Hockey Games. She enjoyed her leisure time participating in the sport of the season be it snow skiing, water skiing, swimming, golf, tennis, running, dirt biking, boating or golf.. She loved it all, and was the all-inspiring family leader to encourage total participation.

Travelling was a joy for Carmen, she loved Hawaii, and spending any amount of time she could, at her beloved “Christina Lake” B.C., Canada was a special treat. This was her most favorite place in the whole world.

Carmen had a great sense of humor and was always up for lots of fun. She has a cheerful, happy, bubbly spirit that seemed contagious and everlasting. She will be in our hearts forever.
