Janet L. Covert 75 of Peoria passed away at 8:47 pm Saturday, April 28, 2012 at OSF St. Francis Hospital. She was born on August 5, 1936 in Peoria to Floyd and Helen (Dempsey) Covert.

Surviving are one sister Lucille (John) Nauman of Davenport, IA and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Family would like to thank Janet’s caregivers and friends at PARC and Marlene Group Home who lived, loved, laughed and cared for her.

Graveside Services will be 10:00 am Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at St. Mary’s Cemetery in West Peoria. Rev. Stephen Barch officiating. There will be no visitation. Memorials are to Marlene Group Home at PARC.
